Josh decided to go to Waynesfield on Sat. Last minute decision. We are glad he went. The rain was pretty nasty in Celina, didn;t think they would race. Sure enough it just sprinkled around. So they raced. Josh looked good in heat, but didn't make it to the feature running that. So he had to run b-main. He got 4th and made it to the feature. 1st feature of the season. He was excited. He was running good in the feature, keeping up with the others. Than began fading back. His left front tire started going flat. He ended up finishing 15th out of 20. We are proud of him. He might be catching on to how the car works. Thanks to the ones who helped him in the pits and to his fans that follow him. He will be back at Limaland July 25, and hopefully he can get into feature there too. GOOD JOB JOSH. You are heading in the right direction. Hope to see everyone friday at the track.
Josh went out for hot laps, didn't look bad. He than went out for the heats didn't make it up to get in the feature. He ran the b-main and finished 10th and they were taking the top 5. He needs to work on it a little more toget it back to where it was before he wrecked those couple times a few weeks ago. The good thing is he didn't have any damages to the car, he just needs to twik it a little. He will be racing next fri again at Limaland. Hope to see ya all there again. Sorry I am behind on updating Josh's site. He didn't do very good at Limaland, on June 20. He had problems with oil leaking. When they got that fixed , he did look good and ran the b-main. Finished in the back tho. He than ran Eldora June 28, and that wasn't a good finish either. He was looking good, but he lost the track and got the wall. Did some damage to the car. He placed 14th in the b-main. He then worked on the car toget it ready for July 8th. He got it done and off they went. He was running 6th in the b-main, looking very good and someone took him out. He finished 9th. Had some damage , but has it fixed and ready to go racing friday July 18. Thanks to everyone who has helped him with the damages and getting the car loaded. Good job to the pit crew for helping and getting Josh ready toget back out on the track. Hope to see everyone who follows Josh friday night at Limaland.
Josh got to go out for hot laps and that was it. The dark clouds was moving in and they told everyone to go to their vehicles. It started raining and that was all she wrote. But we sat waiting for mass confusion to calm down. Rained a little and that was all. Everyone left so they cancelled the race. He will be running there again friday June 13th. Josh was ready to race sat. Had gotten some changes done on car and was excited to see if what he had done was gonna help. He took 7th in his heat. He had to run the b-main. He started out up front looking real good. Then a caution came out and he got a little over excited cause he was running 5th and if he stayed there he would be in feature. He started trying to hard I think. He got off of his momentum and things started happening. Car tightened up on him and he decided to give more gas on the last lap and spun and when he did that another car ran into his left front tire and broke a arm which sent that into his radiator. Thats all she wrote for the night. He had a chance if someone couldn't make the feature he was the alternate but there was no way he coould run. He finished 8th in the b-main. Thanks to all of the pit crew who is helping him and also to the ones who came out to watch him race. Believe me he appreciates the support. Week to week he learns a little more about the car. He will be at Limaland on friday June 6th. Hope to see you all there. Josh is in 27th in points at Eldora.
